Been doing WW for 10 weeks now. Just had my post-Thanksgiving weigh in and I’m down 8.2 for the week and 45 overall.

Are you working out at all? 1. Way too high. 2. Yes. My whole life. The best shape I was ever in as an adult I still weighed 270 pounds at 6’ tall. 3. Yes. Quite a bit. I do cardio and lift everyday during the week and one cardio session on the weekend if I can. At minimum if I can’t make the workout I shoot for 10k steps.

Alright fuck it. Started: 433.6 (woof) on 9/22/18 Most recent weigh-in: 389.2 Total loss: 44.4 Before pic (from a wedding in July) Current pic (two weeks ago on our honeymoon) Shooting to hit 50 by my next weigh in on Saturday. Wife is doing it too. She's down 22.5 so far and also did a six week boot camp between taking that picture in early July and when we started back in September so probably more than that from the beginning picture.

good work sir. I had my tonsils taken out last week and have lost 10 pounds simply because swallowing is hell.
Keep up the good work. I'll go back to eating a lot soon, hopefully you won't.

Current pic (two weeks ago on our honeymoon)
Shooting to hit 50 by my next weigh in on Saturday. Wife is doing it too. She's down 22.5 so far and also did a six week boot camp between taking that picture in early July and when we started back in September so probably more than that from the beginning picture. Good for you man. I'm about to start on this myself after the holidays. Thinking about buying a rowing machine since I don't really have time to go to the gym. Any support I can provide, lmk. We could be each other's accountabilabuddies.

i am still in the 250-260 range like i have been for 4 or 5 months. i havent really been putting any effort into it. the idea was a long break from rapid weight loss would cause me to fare better in the loose skin department. we'll see how it goes as i start working on dropping the last 35

I've been doing something similar but mostly because I was out of the gym for a few weeks with the sprained knee and I haven't been able to get back in at the same commitment level I had before.
But I'm still strict on the diet so I'm still getting the results I want, just dialed it back from losing 4 pounds a week before Christmas to about 2.5 since
