Hey Odin, you could also go and run 40 miles a day and lifting for 2-2.5 hours. #BKAdvice I mean I was kinda doing the no carbs no sugar thing for awhile and lost weight and know lots of people who have done it too. It was a helpful thing to post. Odin should be aware he can continue to eat all the fat and other shit he wants. All he needs to avoid is carbs and sugar. You're really being awful lately. Sent from my SM-N920G using Tapatalk I'm sorry.

Sounds like a waste of paper towels when theyre sold by the serving you can still control the portions smaller though i'm not interested in this kind of advice, thanks. i eat constantly, i'm not here for dumbass shit like "oh why don't you put some chips on a paper towel". i'm here so if i go buy 10 bacon mcdoubles from mcdonalds and eat them all in one sitting i have to tell someone about it instead of hiding it. if you would like to suggest dishes, that is fine. but i'm not interested in portion control. that's not how i want to operate. i eat constantly, that's not changing, i don't want it to change, i enjoy it.

why would i have bought two packs if i was only interested in eating half of one.
it was my breakfast. about 320 calories.
the correct comment would have been "hey odin, how about try almonds or pistachios isntead?" to which i would have replied "i ordinarily buy almonds when i do this but this particular gas station didn't have them."
or nothing at all because there was really no problem with eating peanuts.

You can eat as many fruits and veggies as you want broski. I stock up on carrot sticks, broccoli, snap peas, bananas, grapes, melons, berries, etc. When I raid the fridge I only have healthy options. You cook much or more take out? You can do the same shit with your meals, just gotta take the time and effort to shop, prep and cook. I made the change to cooking at home more often (5 or 6 nights a week, eat out at least once a week) and my sugar and sodium intake dropped big time, lost 35 lbs lowered my BP and saved a ton of cash. May not be a good option for you but it did work for me.

But i figure tackle one thing at a time. I get all necessary vitamins and shit already because i eat a lot of fruits/veggies and tke multivitamins. So honestly im not even concerned there. I just need to stop the trips to mcdonalds that add 4k calories on top of my normal food.

IMO, it seems like you've identified the problem being the impromptu McDonald's trips. Anything on the way to your usual McDonald's location that'd come even close to scratching that itch? A grocery store where you can pop in and find something even slightly better? Meal prepping a shit ton of turkey pitas can probably be a bit of a pain in the ass, but it'd still be my suggestion if you can make it happen.
