seeing as though i don't hate this girl i've been seeing i'm motivated to lose some weight and shit. so anytime i eat something i'm going to post it itt. if you all could make realistic comments like "that's too much food!" and "how in the world are you not fatter?" i would very much appreciate it.

Is the goal here for us to try and give helpful tips? tips would be welcome for sure. When you smoke da weed, drink a lot of water when you get hungry instead of eating/drinking these... king size reese's bag of original lays bag of doritos 20 oz powerade If you must eat, stock up on some veggies or fruit like carrot sticks and ranch or apples and pb/caramel/nutella, etc. Makes a big diff, believe me

changing to better food would be best, especially with liquids.
but try portion control. instead of taking a bag of lays (or whatever) with you to wherever you're eating, try putting a handful of chips on a paper towel and taking that. that way you have to get up again to get more, which helps in three ways: you have to get up again which you don't want to do, your body has more time to catch up and say "okay we're good, don't need any more food", and just the act of getting up and walking a little more is more calories burned.
you don't have to go from a scorched earth tanking roster to a title team in one shot. daryl morey your way up from nothing to some assets, then later you can turn those assets into james harden (dietarily speaking), or you can just chill at the health "eight seed" and get the "playoff revenue" (intercourse).
good luck!

start with something small like cutting out sodas/soft drinks/gatorade etc. 98% of what i drink has no calories (water, black coffee, unsweet green tea, various powdered drink mixes). i never do soda that isn't diet and i don't drink them often. powerade is definitely my biggest weakness with drinks, followed closely by orange juice and sweet tea

half a multigrain pita with turkey breast, baby spinach, and yellow mustard Solid work. this is something i eat a lot. not always a pita. sometimes there's cheese. just wait until i go get fast food and have to share that. maybe i won't do it now that i can't hide it in shame.

Whatever works. If you could pre-make a bunch of stuff like this pita (plus some variations so you don't get bored) and then have those ready to go any time you want fast food, it'd probably help. Meal prepping can be a pain in the ass, but if it's something as simple as these pitas it shouldn't be too bad.

It was a helpful thing to post. Odin should be aware he can continue to eat all the fat and other shit he wants. All he needs to avoid is carbs and sugar. You're really being awful lately.
