1. You may use upgrades earned from G League without them counting toward your 30 per year limit, but that player may not be promoted until after the following TC.
2. All PGs and CGs are eligible to start at PG in G League regardless of handling grade.
3. Preseason DCs are free for everyone forever.
4. There will be no more early resignings, fa stealing, private resignings, or anything else like that. Back to 4.0 fa/resigning structure, however we will continue to run 4 fa sims.

6. Any team that fails to make the playoffs is awarded 10k dump bucks.
