You can cut your 2nd round picks here and be free of the money owed but once Day 3 of Free Agency is simmed you will not be allowed to do so.
You can also extend them to a 3rd year with the 3rd year being 1,000,000 dollars and thus giving you bird rights to extend them after their contract is up regardless of your cap. (Only 1 player)
Post who and what you want to do with them here, you can also cut the final year from a 1st round pick.
