I bought an XB1, took it back and got a PS4. If you have no specific game preference that steers you one way or another I'd say PS4

I have a PS4 but rarely play it, my girls are usually on it. If I play anything it is usually baseball or madden vs the computer because I am old, slow, often drunk and bad at video games.
