RULE CHANGES
The trade cap for ward won will be 80k for the 2048 season, and is projected to increase by 10k per year afterwards.
Reminder that there will be no minor leagues next year, and that there will be an additional promotions only period processed 12:30 PM November 13th.
There will be a second rule change period next year to be posted on sim 2 and take effect on sim 6.

In general, GMs are strongly encouraged to chime in on discussion threads where I tag them if they want to see a specific change made or not made. I read shout too but threads are the main thing simply because they're always there, and we don't have to go off what we remember someone might have said in shout a week ago.

The rookies for FA are up.
There are five players in this class who are hidden gems.
If a hidden gem receives a lab upgrade of at least +10, they will receive a one-time bonus +10 for free that does not count against GM yearly or player career caps, but cannot surpass attribute limits. The reply to the lab post will notify that the player is a hidden gem even if the GM did not list enough applicable options for any part of the upgrade to apply. A GM who performs tier 1 potential, tier 2, or tier 3 scouting on a hidden gem will have that status revealed in the response.

Draft scouting must be purchased before 8 PM November 13th.
tier 1 - 5000 - the attribute breakdown of a given grade (Inside, Outside, etc.) in letter form (A = 81-100, B = 61-80, etc.)
tier 2 - 9000 - all attributes in letter form
tier 3 - 14000 - all attributes exactly
private workout - 12000 - the rank of two (+5000 for each additional participant) players in all attributes
stats - 12000 - the following aggregate per-36 stats from the season run three times test sim - only profile players can use this tier
GMs who purchase a tier of scouting can purchase the next tier of scouting on the same player for only the difference in price. Example: a GM purchases tier 1 on Kevin Durant for 5k. It only costs them 4k to purchase tier 2. Stats scouting and private workouts are not applicable.
