We will be terminating the minor league system after this season.
Sim 5 and 9 will remain transfer days as usual.
There will be one additional promotions only opportunity the day after the playoffs, deadline of 12:30 PM on 11/13, using the same thread.
Any player still in the minor leagues after this is processed will be cut, and Bird rights cannot be restored.

Going forward, on sim 2 of each season I will sign enough players for all robot teams to have human starters, using players no more experienced than their third year.
These players' statistics will continue to appear in megarosters.
These players will be treated just like any other free agents - they can be signed directly in the signings and cuts thread, first come first served, simply by specifying they are being signed from whichever minor league team they are on.
There will be no demotions, and GMs cannot sign a player to the minor leagues.
For my convenience this also means there will be an additional fastats.htm upload after sim 1.
