After the climax, the fall cometh. In this, the ultimate drafted class... we have a SHARP decline from the 2045 all-time class. It was a struggle to find 8 worthy players... but here we are.
1. Jonathan Isaac - Chicago Stags
Leads the class in P/TSA and is throwing up great defensive stats and low TOs. Rebounding is average, but not really a weakness for a SF.
2. Josh Jackson - San Antonio Spurs
Decent P/TSA, but not good (this is a theme for the entire class outside of Isaac and a couple others at this point). Great defensive stats and very good rebounding numbers for a wing.
3. Harry Giles - Portland Trail Blazers
Really needs to get his FT% up, but he has the makings of a very solid D/R big, leading the class in rebounding and stocks.
4. Bam Adebayo - Chicago Bulls
Strong offensive PS, leading all rookies in scoring and 4th in P/TSA. Rebounding looks like a real weakness and TOs may be an issue... but his defensive stats are better than all bigs but Giles.
5a. Malik Monk - Charlotte Hornets
5b. Donovan Mitchell - Orlando Magic
Nearly identical PS profiles for the 2 under-sized SGs... decent scoring volume, barely good enough efficiency, strong swiping skills, low TOs.
7. Frank Ntilikina - Portland Trail Blazers
Very small sample, but he looks incredibly strong on the defensive end and won't kill you on offense (but he isn't going to score or rebound). Need to see more to move him up.
8. Jayson Tatum - Phoenix Suns
Decent, but not great, scoring for the #1 pick. TOs are a bit of a problem... nothing extraordinary about him right now... but this class isn't deep and it was hard to find 8.
