We're back with another edition of the 3 Best Friends Podcast. This time we've gotten together to discuss the upcoming playoffs and make predictions on who wins it all. We also get into some discussion about PGA 2k/general video game recs before circling back to sim related topics with me, troybarnes, discussing the free agency market after my recent research on the topic. Then, to be honest, the episode loses some steam and veers way OT (we wander into a discussion of Amish ideology for a minute) around the 30 minute mark. Picks back up on topic around the 40 minute mark with some rookie FA discussion led by Logan before going back off the rails in the last couple of minutes. I'll say that if you make it through all 60 minutes of this one, you are a trooper. There are a few surprises along the way in the episode, like andrewluck unilaterally declaring himself rivals with a certain franchise. Could it be you? It's pretty tough to find those mid-level guys in free agency, but every once in a while you can nab a Flamingo Bob on the MLE and it turns out okay.

when i looked into it the loyalty/greed/playforwinner didn't factor into offering to resign, it's just based on current rating which is (roughly) how good a player is, and the best players are 50/50 shots for contract or pretty much any other rule check out the rules post here tmbsl5.proboards.com/thread/1917/rules?page=1&scrollTo=18223it's very long but that's what ctrl-f is for appreciate the kind words  |
