we have more than enough teams now to populate the playoffs with on human teams. additionally, all of the non human teams are technically minor league teams. minor league teams should probably never beat our actual teams.
i think its far more interesting to see teams like the current stags or pistons make the playoffs rather than a random minor league team full of nameless players because some people (myself/kujo) trade all of their picks or refuse to demote.

I vote "yes" to make them worse at basketball... but not intrinsically "bad"

I don't want to see cupcake bad robot players but I would like to see them tuned down a little.

if we make them all 0 win teams again we are not only going to increase all human teams' records but reduce their spread, which is bad because it makes it more likely for random noise to change seeding
examples
last year the east seeds were 60 globes 60 heat 57 hawks 57 bulls 51 hornets
with 0 win robots, they would have been 66 globes 66 hawks 65 heat 64 bulls 62 hornets
it only took 45 wins to get in the playoffs in the east last year. i don't think that's an unreasonable bar for a human team to clear

Looking at the standings again, I think I’m actually fine with where they’re at.
We have one minor league team over .500 this year. Last year there were three, and the Redclaws are now the affiliate for two pro teams so that’s unlikely to repeat since we know the best minor league teams are those with no real rookies on them (and those that have been that way for a while so that the robots could have a couple of positive TCs, I think).
I think I like the idea of them running fast (assuming they aren’t already). I think we all want higher scoring games, but this would also make those good robot teams have a better chance to win, wouldn’t it?
