I think the 5 mil cap on demotions is a solid way to go, simple to implement. Should apply to increases too, anytime the salary is above 5 mil no longer minor leaguer eligible

staying away from a minor league cap since we're going to have joint teams and maybe even no specific teams in the future (minor league players instead assigned leaguewide). demotion restrictions i think will be the easiest
lowering the bids per cycle from 15 is interesting. i used them all though B-)
for cap space, letting teams trade hard cap space would be very easy to implement. letting teams trade soft cap space is a no go
i think the yearly scouting tokens idea has a lot of promise, one good one and one meh one just like teams get one good pick and one meh pick now
in general i think we can wait and see how the trade market looks as we phase out draft picks before we jump... to any conclusions
