Now a lot of us know the story of how you joined the league -- but for our listeners that are not familiar, would you recount the tale of how you joined the league?

To my knowledge you have never quit being GM for any period of time -- why is that? Have you ever had any thoughts of leaving in the past, present, or future?
What did you feel like you were bad/good at right from the get go? What took more time to adjust to? Is there anything you still don’t feel comfortable with?
Do you have a proudest moment as GM? How about most shameful?
How did you decide to be commissioner? Did you want to at first? When did it start to get old?
Speaking of Druce, some people are saying he “Druced up the league” leaving a bunch of overpowered players in his wake, and unfortunately, oftentimes, in the hands of fecta. Reports are that you had to nerf the entire last class you made because tons of guys had 100 potential. Tell us the real story.

Moving into more recent territory -- what do you think about draft classes in 5.0? There are significant differences from 4.0 and even within 5.0 itself as time as gone on. Do you think we’ve hit a sweet spot? Is anything lacking? Would you change/add/takeaway anything about how pre-draft information is delivered or presented? What about post-draft information (recaps?)
League meta. What type of team do you think is best? Is there a best DC or offense to run with the current types of players we see? Is an elite player required to compete?
What do you think about the future of 5.0? Do you see the league growing, shrinking or staying the same? What about moving into 6.0 -- is there a way to do it? Do you want a break? Do we start with less than 29 teams?

First let’s just talk about former GMs. I’ll give you some leeway on what you want to talk about here, but I’m interested in hearing a few of your favorite / least favorite former GMs. What is your favorite ‘former GM moment’, least favorite?
What about current GMs? You don’t have to talk about everyone here, but maybe your favorite/least favorite current GM personally. Highlights or lowlights?
Let’s talk a little bit now on the quality of GMs as GMs -- where is the league’s current talent level relative to other points in TMBSL.
What do you think about the state of the league right now in terms of number of GMs? Do you like the way we currently expand/contract the league? Would you change anything about how we hire/fire gms?
