A gunner with range, Collins is one of the few players in this class that will become a stronger offensive weapon because of the 3pt line in TMBSL. Automatic from the free throw line, he comes in ready to shoot from anywhere at any time. His experience with Team USA showed off his resiliency and relative strength compared to other wings. It also showed that he's the real deal among college athletes, and not just a big fish in the small Illinois State pond. He's a heady, low-TO kind of player who will absolutely be an extension of the coach on the floor. He's a decent defender, but it shows up more in steals than in actual defense, though. His rebounding numbers are pedestrian in college... and they dipped with Team USA... so scouts don't expect that to suddenly be something he does well or with consistency.
