So as to not muddy up the completed trades thread, why don't we just put scout transactions in the offseason thread. IE: quote the original scout, tag timpig with the price, person trading the scout quotes to accept this

could also remove the cap in that thread, so egg would only make 1 post to get the 2 scouts from fecta instead of 2 trade threads

fwiw i would rather have it in completed trades than offseason, especially in expansion years
