The X-Man (fighting for mutant rights!) is a fascinating prospect out of eastern Kansas. He is coming off a senior season where he was the 1st player in NCAA history to lead the country in both scoring and rebounding. He has the knack, tenacity, and timing to be an elite rebounder for his team at the next level. His scoring punch should translate as well, given his desire to have the ball and his reticence to pass. Of course, with high usage comes high proclivity to turn the ball over, as demonstrated by his 3+ TOs/game for the past 2 years. To be a truly elite offensive player, though, he will need to get better with his jumpshot and from the charity stripe, where he has struggled consistently. His defensive stats, especially steals, aren't bad at all and he looks to project as a decent defender on the wing in the future.
