An offensive plug and play player, Russell showed great skill leading the Ohio State offense this year. Despite some doubts about his shooting ability heading into the year, he averaged 41% from 3 (on a difficult diet of shots) and posted a 58% true shooting mark. He got shots up at a good volume, too, as their lead scorer. While he is a willing passer and facilitator, he is probably too loose with the rock to be considered a full-time PG at the next level, averaging over 3 TO/game against much weaker competition than he'll see in TMBSL. His speed and jumping are concerns, as he beasted on lesser competition but struggled to out-athlete other pro-worthy guards that he faced over the year. He is an excellent rebounder from the guard line, thanks to good height and very long arms.
