Sweet shooting Lou Williams, see above putting up crap scores in the WackArnold's HS All-Star Dunk Contest is making the leap from Algebra 2 to TMBSL this year. Williams has the potential to develop into a terrific player without a doubt, but hes still a long ways away from getting there. His size is a major limitation, as he probably won't ever be strong enough to consistently bang against bigger guards, but his speed and fast-release are otherworldly. He can get his own shot in almost any situation, which is a true rarity on any level. He has great quickness, an awesome vertical leap for a 6'2" player, and an explosive first stepbeing better going right, but also having no problem going left when the situation calls for it. More than just a run and jump type athlete, Williams is extremely hard to stay in front of because of how strong his hesitation moves are. He jukes his defender left and right and back and forward to keep him off balance and then explodes upward for a smooth jumper with ease. Not having great length, height, or strength, Williams is always going to struggle against most TMBSL matchups... but he doesn't help himself out at all with the way he lets players score all over without putting up much of a fight. Guys shoot over him like he's not there, push him around in the paint, and just get right by him off the dribble. He's not a presence at all defensively in terms of containing his man. He might be the most likely player in this class to both score 60 and allow 70 in the same game.
