Damon Stoudamire PG 5'10" 174 22 Arizona
An ELITE 3pt shooter at Arizona, Stoudamire enters the league ready to keep firing from range. Lute Olsen basically handed the reins of the team to Stoudamire and said "go play." All Stoudamire did was to become the first player in PAC-10 history to lead the league in scoring and assists. Almost all of that damage came from range and the FT line, as his 2p% wasn't so pretty. His gravity also pulls defenders out of their comfort zone, leaving plenty of room for him to dime-up teammates for easy baskets. An amazing first-step/crossover combo is all the rage... but it leads to him being a little reckless at times. He has the chance to lead the league in scoring one day, but it is just as likely he'll lead the league in TOs. A GM that drafts him will have to live with the warts of bad defense (he's tiny and even for his size he's average at best), high TOs, and a strong will to play his way. However, that could be coupled with the amazing highs of winning games entirely on his smallish back.
