Small and Quiet Cardio (310 views)

i'm in the market for cardio workout equipment, but i'm looking for something very very compact and/or foldaway. since i live in a small apartment, i don't have the space for a Peloton or whatever and i don't have the indecency to be doing jumping jacks at 7 o'clock in the morning. since i live in new england running outside is not a year round option in the first place, and since i live in a city and have bad knees i have to go a long way to find a suitably large expanse of grass. i've found this thing online which seems to fit the bill but it could also be a piece of junk?? any recommendations greatly appreciated!

Yeah, I mean I run outside all year round even when in Montana and Chicago when its LITERALLY negative degrees out. So he should just do that, if there is snow he can use these:

eric would you ever be willing to share a picture of the inside of your apartment? I'd be so curious to see things like the stove/oven that have never been used, the seating arrangements, etc.

im thinking excercise bike but smaller profile... like an excercise unicycle. do they have those?

withouthandlebars could help your balance, hold a medicine ball or do like arm stuff while riding on excersise unicycle
