Westbrook is an athletic and explosive combo guard with the length to make up for his lack of height. He love to attack the basket with a lethal first step and crossover ability. He can handle the rock well and gets into the lane effortlessly. Finishes well at the rim and is unafraid to go up in traffic. His anticipation for steals and his on ball defensive ability are special, which may even allow him to guard up a position or two in TMBSL effectively. Gets good lift on his jumpshot and has a quick release, but the mechanics are a bit wonky. A woeful FT shooter his freshman season (55%), he has improved somewhat (71%)... but is still far below average for a PG in TMBSL. Westbrook only averaged 4 rebounds per 36 in college, so he may not end up being an effective teammate corralling misses, preferring to get out and run in transition instead.
