plz do it by % of each attribute maybe
aka
dont just make SG better in rebounding/blocking to make up the WS cap
lets keep our positional diversity
make sg better in scoring so interesting tradeoffs between playing small SF vs sg at the position

SGs already score better on average than SFs by almost two basis points in Pts/Tsa
