Bob Lanier C 6'11" 255 22 St. Bonaventure
Bonnie Bob with his fancy silver hat has led small St. Bonaventure on a grand adventure for the last three seasons, racking up All-American honors along the way and culminating in a Final 4 appearance. Lanier is your traditional center, on both sides of the ball, he's just better than most at it. He doesn't have a signature move, he just scores inside. He doesn't sky above opponents for putbacks/defensive boards, he just consistently grabs them and moves along. He's a weak FT shooter, but maybe it's salvageable, as he works hard and accepts coaching. His handles and passing are unlikely to improve though, he just doesn't have the quick twitch and quick decision-making needed to hit guys as they come open... but honestly, he won't be asked to.
