Undersized, underweight, underheight... under lots of things. But that has never stopped Dantley before and won't start stopping him now. He is a tenacious and efficient scorer, preferring to work in the post. He is much, much stronger than his frame would suggest and has abused men much larger than him routinely during his college years. He is effective at contorting his body to avoid getting blocked and to increase trips to the FT line. Given no impediments, he can really get up and throw it down as well. He eschews the 3pt shot entirely, preferring a more old school approach to scoring. On defense, though, he's not as polished. He is undersized, clearly, so shot blocking and defensive rebounding have always been difficulties for him, despite his best efforts.
