in England there are two domestic cups (one people care about, one they don't) and a European championship that people care about a lot
i thought it would be fun to take a look at our league using
THE RING our playoffs as the champions league,
THE SHIELD our regular season standings as the premier league,
THE CROWN our Elo as the FA cup, and
THE BELT our belt as the capital one carabao carling cup o' milk
it turns out no team has ever done the quadruple, but we have had ten treble winners, outlined in blue:
the
2010 hornets
2012 hornets
2014 blazers
2017 globetrotters
2018 globetrotters
2020 bulls
2021 globetrotters
2023 hawks, and
2024 hawks
all won the title, were the no. 1 seed, and were elo kings
the
2019 bulls
were the no. 1 seed, elo kings, and won the regular season belt, but lost in the division finals to the eventual champion mavericks
no other treble combination has been achieved

then i thought it would be fun to graphically represent how many of each silverware a franchise has won, it's been awhile since i made something basically illegible
so i did
robots are technically eligible for all four but to date have only actually won the regular season belt, which is almost certainly all they'll ever manage
