Once upon a time I compiled Elo for sim league chess. So why not for sim league basketball?
Refresher:
Everyone starts at 1200.
If two teams of the same rating play the winner gets +25 and the loser gets -25.
If the ratings are different math happens such that a team beating someone lower than them gives less than 25, and beating a team higher than them gives them more, but in every case the amount gained is the same as the amount lost.

But we don't have to start when the season starts. Let's go back to the earliest year when all current teams were in the league.
