After this season, no more draft lists. Early draft gets the job done and makes it way less work for me (h/t @odin), lists at this point just make it more strain for no benefit.
Third round picks will still be made via list. Starting next year sending a draft list by PM will therefore be construed as opting IN to a third round pick, since it will be the only thing a draft list can do.
Fines for going past timer and the timer itself will remain in the rules, though it hasn't come up in the early draft era and shouldn't.
