Randle enters TMBSL as a smallish-big man with a negative wingspan. That deficiency explains his poor post-defense and shot-blocking, as most bigs can go straight over him without fear of rejection. He is a strong player and wants the ball inside, finishing with half-hooks and up-and-unders frequently, but his FT shooting is fairly poor, so his game isn't always incredibly efficient. He passes the ball surprisingly well and sees the court well, so that's a plus.
