Undersized, but not ineffective, Moncrief has been a spark plug for the Razorbacks with his all-around great offensive game, which includes frequent trips to the free throw line. Couple that with his dogged determination on the perimeter, Moncrief can absolutely be the lead guard on an elite team at the next level. He absolutely abuses players much larger than him on both ends. He is a bit sloppy with the ball, though, which is his biggest weakness. He won't block shots, both out of his size and his lack of pure leaping ability from a stand-still.
