FINES
Pretty straight forward. Most fines will be about 1k. Illegal dc? 1k. Money doesn't work in your trade? 1k. other stuff? 1k. Consistently doing these things? More. If you are typically well behaved and do something every 5 months or so I reserve the right to throw out the fine.
We will not be inconvenienced by lazy GMs. I will auto, you will be fined, and we will move forward. So, don't be lazy.
NEGATIVE BANK ACCOUNT BALANCES
Another thing, as long as Tim is updating the banks responsibly there will be punishment for going into the negative. The amount you go negative by will be doubled (ex: -100 becomes -200, -10000 becomes -20000) and you can't spend or earn dump bucks for the remainder of the season.
That being said if Tim starts doing a poor job I'll throw that rule out.
