I built players with 100 Inside Strength and Jumping and tested them out with various Jump Shot levels in an inside offense (and did two runs at 5 25 and 95 Jump Shot to get an estimate of noise). Adding Jump Shot makes them take more jumpers, but do they make sufficiently more of them to balance it out? It's always beneficial to improve a great inside scorer's jump shot. The changes in FT% are perfectly linear. The changes in PTS/TSA are not quite, but close. The changes in FG% are more than noise. The changes in FTA/FGA are probably just noise.

my guess is at first the "making jumpers at a better rate" effect overpowers the "taking proportionally more jumpers" effect, then it doesn't, then it does again
