- Taken with the 7th overall pick in the 1st Round of the Creation Draft (2000) by the Atlanta Hawks and signed to a 1-year deal.
- Attracted to the big city lights, Delle Donne signed a 6-year MAX deal with the Harlem Globetrotters following the expiration of their rookie deal.
- Following the MAX deal, Delle Donne approached Harlem with an offer to re-sign for 4 additional years for $80,500,000, which was gladly consummated.
