1. display potential doesn't mean shit. i might give your 18 year old with A pot 35 actual pot. i probably won't, but i reserve the right. 2. i believe there should be value outside of the top of the draft and well into the 2nd and even undrafted players

How much do you take written words in profiles into account? If a guy is "a great shot blocker" or something explicit like that, will it be true 100% of the time? 80% of the time?
In regards to potential, how reliable is a written profile saying a player "is a sure-fire star" is that way more important than A potential?
Does shown potential in the late 2nd and undrafted rounds factor into who you decide to make a sleeper?

How much do you take written words in profiles into account? If a guy is "a great shot blocker" or something explicit like that, will it be true 100% of the time? 80% of the time? In regards to potential, how reliable is a written profile saying a player "is a sure-fire star" is that way more important than A potential? Does potential in the late 2nd and undrafted rounds factor into who you decide to make a sleeper? less than any other commish ever but i'm going to try to do it a bit more this time if i read profiles, and i just addressed that but again will try to do better, sure fire star would more likely convince me to give him better key grades (jumper, blocks, inside, etc) than it would high pot lot of the time it's guys with weird names, weird grade sets, guys named dick, bama players, random guys i liked watching in college (mustafa shakur), or if i see an interesting storyline (harrison twins)

i heard jalen rose on tv saying bosh was a 1st ballot hofer while i was making the file with rose and i thought it was so absurd i busted him

I wonder if that's how God determines how good a guy will be when he gets to the NBA.
