A GM broached this in a private message to me.
Suppose this GM had 13 players on their roster before sim 5.
Would we let them sign 3 players to immediately demote to the minors?
Only 2?
As many as they like?

I'm in favor of simultaneous signings and demotions. It is really just one transaction.
