Minor league affiliates can make trades with each other. The same rules apply as to major league team trades.
Any draft pick forfeited may be purchased and made by another team for a reasonable amount of pig pennies. First come, first serve.

Players on a minor league affiliate cannot receive upgrades, mentoring, or offseason camps.
I thought I had posted this before but I couldn't find any record of it; this will be effective going forward.

Since people have been asking, here is how minor league DCs work:
-the top player listed at each position will start -if a relevant position is open, the second player will also start (PF/C or SG/SF) -or if there are too many players at one position and the position is one away (i.e. if one SG four SF zero PF, the second SF will start at PF, but won't at PG or C) -otherwise they will be backup/third in roster order

Minor league moves will only be processed on sims 2, 5, and 9.
this does not apply to the immediate draft moves.
