ROOKIE DRAFT
The draft class is up.
Same rules as last year, just reiterating them.
We are no longer doing draft timeliness rewards.
Every GM who sends a list will get 2000 pig pennies per first round pick made from it and 1000 per second round.
Every GM who does not send a list will be fined 2000 pig pennies per first round timer expired and 1000 per second round.
There is no grace period. Once the lotto is posted the clock starts.
The lotto will be posted one hour after the championship is determined.
This year's championship will be determined June 24th.
Anyone who sends a list can opt into a third round pick.
After the second round, I will take the top remaining player for each optee in the same order as the second round.

CONTRACTION
At 1 PM June 25th we will be having contraction waivers of the Cougars and Lakers.
Waiver order will be determined by reverse order of the standings.
Any player under contract to the Cougars or Lakers for 2020 or later will be in waivers.
A team that claims any player will be responsible for their remaining contract in its entirety.
Teams may submit any number of claims by private message.
Post in this thread that you have made claims so that the commissioner can confirm receipt.
The first name listed for each team will be given that team's highest priority.
Each team will sign their highest priority target remaining that can fit in their roster and hard cap space.
GMs can choose to put a lower limit on their space used, for example signing players only to $70m total salary.
Waiver order will repeat until no players or claims remain, whichever comes first.
All claims must be received thirty minutes before deadline to be processed.
Any player not claimed will become an unrestricted free agent.
Contraction will be processed BEFORE the rookie draft.
