For the rest of the year, each GM can add 5 pounds to one player 25 or younger and 1 inch to one player 19 or younger.
Additionally, GMs can select one player to go to one of the following offseason camps for 5000 dump bucks. Players may only go to one offseason camp in their career.
+10 lbs (only available to players ages 25-30)
+10 jumping

In fact a deadline of before preseason is irrational bc theres no way to even know how to camp a rookie before then
