EXPANSION
We are having an expansion draft.
Anyone drafted in the 2019 draft is automatically protected.
Accepted resignings are also automatically protected.
Existing GMs can protect up to another five players on their team under contract in 2019.
A GM can trade a protection slot directly to another team.
New GMs otherwise can take on up to one player and their contract from each existing team.
I encourage everyone to post their protections in this thread, but if for whatever reason you want to PM/text them to me instead that's fine too.
Please put full names.
Protections are due June 6th at 1 pm.

ROOKIE DRAFT
The draft class is up.
We are no longer doing draft timeliness rewards.
Every GM who sends a list will get 2000 pig pennies per first round pick made from it and 1000 per second round.
Every GM who does not send a list will be fined 2000 pig pennies per first round timer expired and 1000 per second round.
There is no grace period. Once the lotto is posted the clock starts.
The lotto will be posted one hour after the championship is determined.
This year's championship will be determined June 6th.
Anyone who sends a list can opt into a third round pick.
After the second round, I will take the top remaining player for each optee in the same order as the second round.

MINOR LEAGUES
Every GM is allowed to have one minor league team in the Western Conference.
GMs can send any player on a rookie draft deal to their minor league team, where they will replace a robot in the DC.
While in the minor league the player will not count towards the major league hard cap.
GMs must have sufficient hard cap room to call a player up.
Transfers will be allowed on sims 1, 4, 7, and 10.
Players drafted in the second or third round of the most recent draft can be sent down before FA day 1.
A minor league player who becomes a free agent will be treated as though they became a free agent of the major league team.
Minor league teams have the same team name rules as major league teams.
If a new GM joins and wants a currently minor league team name for their major league team name, they get it.
