Despite a really slight frame and no desire to shoot from outside, Livingston is an exciting PG prospect because of his height, court vision, and incredibly long arms. His jumpshot is pure, he's just hesitant to take it from more than 15 feet. Real old school feel and vibe to his game. His long arms and quick hands make passing lanes disappear as he tends to go for the spectacular off the ball. Some scouts see a ton of growth for him, but others are concerned about his ability to add weight and deal with the inside pounding that comes in the pros.
