money doesn't work, i signed selby using the magic in-season LLE and shumpert since they weren't close enough to the cap to use it yet
rookie options can't be declined during the year

Yeah i fudged the money, didnt account for the FA signing hitting my soft cap. Thanks for fixing kt |
