so i did some math and this is what I've decided on:
Everyone will start with 20k dump bucks but some people will get more.
+5k if you were ever commish of TMBSL
+5k if you had 20k+ in 4.0 at the time of the previously mentioned math (soup, rv, heebs, canes, pete, shaun, kn, ward, bk, spl, taco)
+5k if you had 40k+ at the time of math (soup, rv, heebs, canes, shaun, spl)
+5k if you had 60k+ (soup, shaun, canes)
+5k if you had 80k+ (soup)
