odin proposed it in shout. We don't have any particulars yet. Here are my thoughts on a way it could work:

I generate a random series of four numbers.
GMs who want to participate pick as many combos as they want for 1 penny a piece.
Anyone who gets it right gets 5000 pennies.

If people are interested I think this would be fun. Also open to other suggestions for mechanics.

no, this is a separate lottery entirely. let's call it Pig Penny Powerball to avoid further confusion

with that said if people want to do a casino about the lotto results that wouldn't bother me
