I counted up everyone's time spent on the clock throughout the draft.

First I counted only the time spent between 10 AM and 10 PM Central.
If a person's clock extended beyond this period and was less than an hour, I didn't count it at all.
If a person's clock extended beyond this period and was more than an hour, I counted their clock that fell in this period.
If a person went after a skip, I took an hour off their time.
If a person went after themselves, I counted those as two picks. (This happened twelve times: 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 2, 2, 3, 5, 6, 16, 62.)
If a pick was made by someone else, I counted it for the team that owned the pick rather than the GM that made the pick.

After finding each GM's average, I went back and counted any pick outside the tens that helped a GM's average.
