Had an idea this morning, not sure if it's fully baked yet.
What if each team could hire one assistant coach during the offseason?
strength and conditioning coach - allows team to run Very Fast pace (otherwise illegal) defensive coordinator - allows team to Always trap (otherwise illegal) physiotherapist - reduces any existing injuries by three days at end of sim sports scientist - increases yearly GM upgrade cap by five social media consultant - increases box score rewards by 5%
They wouldn't be exclusive, so every team could hire a social media consultant for example if they wanted to, but each team could only hire one, and it would be binding for the whole year.
Thoughts and suggestions welcome.

I definitely like the premise, tracking could be painful but if you've got that nailed down, I'm game to give this a go.

fun premise. two might be more interesting than one. a limited number of each could be interesting. like actually have named coaches that do certain things. how often can we get new coaches.
i think thats enough high rambling for now
