There are no such thing as software draft players. If a player is not listed in the draft forum, they are not eligible to be picked.
Draft forfeits will receive no timeliness rewards unless they are posted in the thread to establish a time stamp. Forfeiteers will not be required to wait until their draft slot to forfeit.
Draft players are final once the draft thread has been posted. Before that, they are up for debate.

Rookies will be on the draft contracts of their actual slot.
There will be one first round pick per human team and one second round pick per human team.
