due to the draft taking place in a busy time, we are going to incentivize lists being sent
every list sent to me by pm or text that is applicable will be rewarded with 3000 dump bucks
if you send me a list of players that have already been picked by the time you are up, you get 0 dump bucks
sending a list does not guarantee that i will be timely enough with the pick to get a timeliness reward. if you make the pick before i do, you still get the list bucks
