waiver players are auto declined during resignings so there's no point no?

waiver players are auto declined during resignings so there's no point no? waiver players can offer to resign just like anyone else. also tim would have 1 bird year and so could start chuck at 5.4m, or he could extend the mle and preclude all of that |
