reasons i'm not vetoing this trade
nuggets are awful
yante is older than champ (32 to 26)
nuggets stink
there's nobody else on the nuggets roster, so they were one step away from a rebuild and are now right there
nuggets are trash
yante by career composites is neck and neck with champ, overall he's probably slightly better due to defense, but champ could pass him literally this year
what can be said about the nuggets that hasn't been said about chernobyl
yante isn't even a top five big in the league, let alone a top five player (yao firsto perkins dolph steph clearly ahead, amare champ jock hakeem mikan all in the same tier as him)
the nuggets are so bad
