It's not as bad as Charlie work.
Here are things I did that I would like other people to do.
1. DC Macro
Timpig is already doing most of the work on this and if he wants to keep doing it he can keep it. He gets a +5 that can exceed his yearly cap going forward.
2. Owed Picks
This is worth a +5 that cannot exceed a GM's yearly cap and that is collected AFTER a season of doing it. Starting now will count as a full season. After the draft thread is created, you don't need to keep track of every draft pick trade for that year. Frankly I don't expect anyone to keep up with this since nobody ever did in the past and since I have to open every trade thread anyway it's not that big a deal.
3. Rookie Ladder
This is an article worth an automatic 15k after, if, and only if you do preseason, day 120, and two other updates during the season with analysis of each player. I will send you the spreadsheet and macro I used for this, though the macro will require some fine tuning depending on your screen resolution. I really enjoy doing this article but obviously as commissioner it's not appropriate for me to do so any more.
I am going to keep doing draft rewards (slightly modified) and updating board colors because I don't trust anyone else to do them. I am also going to keep doing expanded standings, fractional odds, and all stats because I enjoy them (and because I don't trust anyone else to do them).
Now is a good time to request changes to any of these.
