the clock starts again at 11:00
if a pick is made at 22:59 and the next pick is made at 11:01, bonus
i also count the bonus if a pick is made within 2 hours even if those hours are off clock
if a pick is not made within 2 hrs of real time or clock time, there's no bonus

Shouldn't ATL have 2000
500 for being within 2 hours for LJ
1000 for being within 30 minutes for Fox
500 for being within 2 hours for Smith

classic overthinking from gumshoe herb
what you do is you trade 1.1 for 2.29 and a cool 2000 dump bucks
easy timeliness rewards, a heaping helping of granola, AND you get first crack at next year's class
it's a win-win-win-win
